1. Introduction

DreamNano is a mobile application provided by SOULLINK AI PTE. LTD ("we", "us", or "our") that offers AI image/video generation and related services. We understand the importance of personal information to you and will take appropriate security measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC, the Cybersecurity Law, and the Data Security Law, to protect your personal information.

Please read and fully understand this Privacy Policy before using our products and/or services. By clicking "Agree" or starting to use our services, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to all contents of this Policy.

2. Personal Information Collection List

We only collect and use your personal information for the following purposes described in this Policy. If we need to use information for purposes not stated herein, we will explain again and obtain your consent.

(1) Account Registration and Login

  • Information types: Mobile number, email address, account password, verification code
  • Purpose: Create and manage accounts, identity verification, and account security
  • Collection method: Provided by you voluntarily or through authorization

(2) Profile Information

  • Information types: Avatar, nickname, and other profile information you set voluntarily
  • Purpose: Complete account profile and display in community/personal pages
  • Collection method: Uploaded or entered by you voluntarily

(3) AI Creation and Asset Upload

  • Information types: Images, videos, audio, and other assets you upload, prompts you enter, and generated results
  • Purpose: Provide core features such as AI generation, editing, storage, download, and publishing
  • Collection method: Uploaded or entered by you voluntarily
  • Note: Such assets may contain sensitive personal information such as portraits or voices, and are collected only when you actively upload and use related features

(3a) Face Data

  • Information types: Photographs and videos you voluntarily upload that may depict a human face (“face images”). We do not collect face geometry, face mesh, facial landmarks, biometric face templates, depth maps, or Face ID / biometric authentication data on the device.
  • Purpose: Provide user-initiated AI image and video generation/editing features that you choose to use (for example, portrait-style generation, face-reference consistency for creative tools, lip-sync, motion imitation, and related AI creation). Face data is not used for user authentication, identity verification, advertising, marketing, or building biometric identity profiles.
  • Collection method: Only when you actively select images/videos from your photo library (or capture with your confirmation) and submit them to a related feature. The app does not perform background face scanning or continuous face tracking.
  • Sharing and storage: Uploaded face images/videos are transmitted to our servers and stored using Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS). To fulfill the AI generation/editing request you initiate, our backend may further process and share necessary assets with third-party AI providers listed in Section 6, only after you grant in-app permission. We do not sell face data.
  • Retention and deletion: Face images/videos are retained while needed to provide the service for your account, or until you delete the related works/subjects in the app, or cancel your account. After account cancellation, we delete or anonymize related personal information within 15 business days, unless longer retention is required by law. You may also contact us at offical@soullink-ai.com to request deletion.

(4) Transactions and Payments

  • Information types: Order information, recharge records, payment status (excluding bank card numbers and payment passwords)
  • Purpose: Complete points/membership purchases, order inquiry, and after-sales support
  • Collection method: Recorded by the system when you initiate payment

(5) Device and Log Information

  • Information types: Device model, OS version, device identifiers, network type, IP address, app version, operation logs, crash logs
  • Purpose: Ensure secure and stable service operation, troubleshoot issues, and adapt to different devices and app store versions
  • Collection method: Collected automatically when you use the service

3. Use of Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve AI creation and related services
  • Complete account registration, login, identity verification, and security management
  • Process recharge, orders, invoicing, and other transaction-related requests
  • Save, display, and download content you actively upload or generate
  • Ensure service security and prevent fraud, attacks, and illegal activities
  • Comply with laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or lawful requests from authorities

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share necessary personal information only in the following circumstances:

  • With your explicit consent or authorization
  • As required by laws, regulations, litigation, arbitration, or lawful requests from authorities
  • With third-party SDKs or service providers necessary for cloud storage, payment, and other essential features (see Section 6)
  • With third-party AI model providers necessary to fulfill AI generation/editing requests you initiate (see Section 6), only after you grant in-app permission
  • As reasonably necessary to protect your, our, or other users' lawful rights and interests

5. Device Permissions

To enable specific features, we may request the following system permissions when you use related functions. You may disable permissions in system settings, but this may affect corresponding features:

Storage/Album Permission

  • Permission name: Read/write external storage, read images, read videos (permission names may vary across Android versions)
  • Purpose: Save generated content to album and select images/videos from album for upload
  • Required: No, only needed when you use upload/save features

Camera/Album Access Permission

  • Permission name: Camera and album/photo access permissions
  • Purpose: Capture or select images/videos as AI creation assets
  • Required: No, only needed when you actively choose to capture/upload

Network Permission

  • Permission name: Internet access (INTERNET)
  • Purpose: Login, AI generation, content upload/download, version updates, etc.
  • Required: Yes, core features depend on network connectivity

6. Third-Party SDK List

To ensure the implementation and secure stable operation of DreamNano features, we integrate software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties. We conduct strict security monitoring of SDKs used by partners to obtain information. The following are the main third-party SDKs we integrate, consistent with records on the National SDK Management Service Platform (https://sdk.caict.ac.cn):

(2) Third-Party AI Processing Services

  • Providers (as applicable to the feature you use): Kling (Kuaishou), ByteDance (Jimeng / Seedance / Seedream), Google (Gemini), OpenAI, RunningHub, and other model providers engaged by us to fulfill your request
  • Purpose: Process prompts and media you submit to complete AI image/video generation and editing features you initiate
  • Data shared: Prompts you enter and images/videos/audio you voluntarily upload (which may include faces or portraits), as needed for the selected feature
  • How sharing works: The app sends requests to our servers. Our servers may forward necessary content to the third-party AI providers above. The app does not sell personal data. We ask for your in-app permission before sharing personal data with third-party AI services for generation features.
  • Protection: We require that such providers process data only to provide the requested service and apply confidentiality and security protections no less protective than those described in this Policy, subject to their applicable terms and law.

7. Storage and Protection of Information

Your personal information is generally stored within the People's Republic of China. If cross-border transfer is required, we will obtain your separate consent or fulfill legal procedures as required by law.

We use security measures such as encrypted transmission, access control, and minimum necessary authorization to protect your personal information and retain it for a reasonable period. After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information unless otherwise required by law.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable laws and regulations of China, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access, correct, and supplement your account information
  • Delete content you uploaded or request deletion of related personal information
  • Withdraw consent (via system permission settings or by discontinuing use of related features)
  • Obtain a copy of your personal information (by contacting customer support)
  • Cancel your account

Account cancellation: You may apply to cancel your account via Settings → Contact Support in the app or by emailing offical@soullink-ai.com. After verifying your identity, we will complete review and processing within 15 business days. After account cancellation, we will stop providing services and delete or anonymize your personal information as required by law, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

In web or in-app webview scenarios, we may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain login status and improve access experience. In native mobile app scenarios, we mainly use local storage to save necessary login credentials and preference settings, and will not use them for purposes not described in this Policy.

10. Protection of Minors

Our services are primarily intended for adults aged 18 and above. If you are a minor under 18, please read this Policy with your guardian and use our services only with guardian consent.

If we discover that we have collected personal information of minors without guardian consent, we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible. Guardians with questions may contact us through the contact methods listed in this Policy.

11. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published on this page in the app and on the public link page with updated effective/update dates. If changes materially affect your rights, we will prompt you to re-read and confirm through prominent means such as pop-ups. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you may stop using our services.
