1. Acceptance and Scope

Welcome to DreamNano. DreamNano is a mobile application provided by SOULLINK AI PTE. LTD ("we", "us", or "our") that offers AI image/video generation, editing, and related services.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and us regarding your use of DreamNano products and services. Please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement before using the app, especially clauses highlighted in bold or otherwise reasonably brought to your attention.

By clicking "Agree", registering an account, or actually using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using the app immediately.

2. Service Description

DreamNano provides services including, but not limited to: AI image/video generation and editing, asset upload and management, work saving and download, community browsing and interaction, points/membership purchase, and related value-added features. Specific features are subject to what is actually displayed in the app.

We may adjust, upgrade, suspend, or terminate service content, feature forms, or service rules based on business development, technical upgrades, legal requirements, or regulatory policies, and will notify you through in-app announcements, pop-ups, or other reasonable means.

You understand and agree that some features may require you to register and log in, consume points, or purchase paid services. For personal information processing rules, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

3. Account Registration and Security

You need to register an account before using certain services. When registering, you should provide true, accurate, and complete information and update it promptly when it changes.

You should keep your account and password secure and are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. If you discover unauthorized use or security risks, please notify us immediately via Settings → Contact Support in the app or through the contact methods listed in this Agreement.

You may not rent, lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise authorize others to use your account. We may restrict, freeze, or cancel accounts with abnormal or non-compliant use.

4. User Conduct

When using this service, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, public order and good customs, and this Agreement. You may not use the service for any illegal activity or to infringe the lawful rights of others, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading, generating, publishing, or distributing illegal, violent, terrorist, pornographic, gambling, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise prohibited content;
  • Infringing intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights of others;
  • Using the service to create or distribute deepfake content for fraud, defamation, harassment, or other illegal purposes;
  • Interfering with or disrupting normal service operation, or accessing, scraping, or attacking our systems and data without authorization;
  • Using automated scripts, plugins, crawlers, or other abnormal means to call services in bulk;
  • Other conduct that violates laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or community guidelines.

If you violate the above, we may independently determine and take measures such as warnings, feature restrictions, content removal, service suspension or termination, or account bans, and report to or cooperate with authorities as required by law. Any resulting losses shall be borne by you.

5. Special Notice on AI-Generated Content

This service provides content generation capabilities based on artificial intelligence. AI-generated results are uncertain and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent with your expectations. They do not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or investment advice).

You are fully responsible for materials you upload, prompts you enter, and content you generate or publish, and must ensure they are lawful and compliant. Before using AI-generated content for commercial publication, public distribution, or other scenarios with legal consequences, you should review it yourself and bear the corresponding risks.

If uploaded materials contain portraits, voices, or other personal information of others, you must ensure you have obtained lawful authorization from the relevant rights holders. You bear all consequences arising from your failure to meet the above requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in text, images, interface design, program code, trademarks, logos, and other content contained in this app and related services belong to us or relevant rights holders and are protected by law. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use them for other commercial purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the ownership of content you generate using this service is subject to applicable laws and regulations and rules we publish separately. You grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license to provide, display, store, back up, optimize, and promote related services.

If you believe content in this service infringes your lawful rights, you may submit a complaint to us through the contact methods listed in this Agreement, and we will handle it in accordance with the law.

7. Paid Services

Some features are paid services (such as points purchase and membership subscriptions). Before purchasing or using paid services, you should carefully read the pricing, benefit descriptions, and Paid Service Agreement (including auto-renewal rules, if any) displayed in the app.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by us, consumed points and activated paid benefits are generally non-refundable. If duplicate charges or missing benefits occur due to system failure, you may apply for verification via Settings → Contact Support in the app.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will endeavor to keep the service secure and stable, but make no express or implied warranties regarding continuity, error-free operation, or complete satisfaction of your specific needs.

We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for service interruption, data loss, or other losses caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party service abnormalities, device compatibility, user misuse, or changes in laws and regulations.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect losses, loss of expected benefits, data loss, or damage to goodwill arising from your use of this service. Our total liability shall be limited to the fees you actually paid to us for the relevant service (if applicable), unless otherwise required by law.

9. Changes and Termination

We may revise this Agreement based on laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or business needs. The updated Agreement will be published on this page in the app and on the public link page, with effective/update dates updated. If changes materially affect your rights, we will prompt you to re-read and confirm through prominent means such as pop-ups.

If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you should stop using the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate services to you if you seriously violate this Agreement, laws and regulations, or harm the platform or other users.

10. Minors

This service is primarily intended for adults aged 18 and above. If you are a minor under 18, please read this Agreement with your guardian and use the service only with guardian consent.

Guardians should strengthen guidance and supervision of minors using this service to prevent exposure to inappropriate content or conduct beyond their civil capacity.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland China (excluding conflict of law rules).

Disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction at the domicile of SOULLINK AI PTE. LTD.
